Refund policy

When in doubt, email us at she.shed.mke@gmail.com to sort through any questions you may have regarding returns and refunds.

Returns 
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, please return the item unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We are happy to answer any questions you may have at she.shed.mke@gmail.com.

Refunds 
Once your return is received (within the 30 days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at she.shed.mke@gmail.com and we will be happy to sort this out.

Sale items 
All sales are final. Only regular priced items may be returned.

Exchanges 
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different size, send us an email at she.shed.mke@gmail.com and we will provide you with further instruction on where to send your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate can be mailed to you with a promo code or provided electronically (your choice).

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at she.shed.mke@gmail.com and we will provide you with further instruction on where to mail your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. But we will work towards sending products out right away and keep you updated.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
